Using DevPaint
By accessing DevPaint, you agree to follow these terms and applicable laws.
- You must be 13+ and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for the content you submit.
- Do not misuse the service or attempt to bypass safeguards.
Your content
You own your code and generated artwork. You grant us limited rights to operate the service.
- You retain ownership of your code and artwork.
- You grant DevPaint a license to process code and store artwork.
- You control whether art appears in the public gallery.
Payments & credits
Credits power generations. Purchases are processed by Stripe and Polar.
- Credits are non-transferable and tied to your account.
- Subscription credits can expire; purchased credits do not.
- Refunds are handled per the pricing page and payment provider rules.
Acceptable use
Keep DevPaint safe and respectful for everyone.
- Do not upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the platform.
- Do not infringe on intellectual property rights.
- Do not harass, spam, or abuse the service.
Account changes
You can cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time.
- Canceling stops future billing but does not refund past charges.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
- We can update or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Liability & warranties
We provide DevPaint as-is and work hard to keep it reliable.
- We do not provide warranties beyond those required by law.
- We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
- Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months.

- You can request data export or deletion via support.
Dispute resolution
We aim to resolve disputes quickly and fairly. Please contact us first so we can try to fix the issue together.
